Collaborate

I work best at the point where a biological question needs both an experiment and a model. If you have data that deserves a second look, a method that needs quantifying, or a review that needs a co-author, write to me.

Co-authorship network

Where my collaborators are

Every institution that appears beside my name on a paper, placed on the globe and linked to the others it shared that paper with. Drag to rotate, scroll the list or select a point for names and papers.

Analysis of your omics or imaging data

Single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, proteomics, image time-series. I bring the pipeline, the statistics and a reviewer's scepticism; you keep the biology. Sole or shared authorship agreed up front.

Methods for the microscope

TV-L1 optical flow, orientational order and defect analysis for actin, mitochondria or any filamentous structure; segmentation and tracking pipelines; napari plugins. I have trained groups on these before and can again.

Reviews, talks and positions

Co-authored reviews on mitochondria, cytoskeleton, telomeres and metastasis; seminar and conference talks; and partners for fellowship and grant applications that combine omics, imaging and cancer biology.

Send a message

Messages land directly in my inbox. I reply to every one, usually within a few days. For a quick question, email is fine too.
